SOUTHERN AIR ACADIANA SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility:
The Southern Air Acadiana (the “Company”) Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the State of Louisiana; ages eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry; who are full-time residents of the home to which the winning furnace will be furnished; and located within an area serviced by the Company (within a 30-mile radius of Lafayette, Louisiana).

Additionally, the winning home must have the infrastructure necessary to install a whole-home air conditioning system, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion, including complete and intact ductwork, a concrete pad, and a natural gas connection (if required).

Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees and representatives of the Company (the “Sponsor”), and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees or designees, as well as their immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter:
To be automatically entered, visit https://tims-ac.com between November 3, 2025 and December 19th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Entry Period”), and provide your full name and email address in the form.

Prizes; Approximate Retail Values; and Odds:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) furnace ranging in size depending on the needs of the winner’s residence, as determined by the Company’s sole discretion.

The furnace provided will range in value from approximately $4,500 to $6,500, depending on the size and installation requirements. The cost of the furnace and required labor does not reflect the full retail price.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Rules shall control.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, unless otherwise provided by the Company in writing at the time of installation.

All applicable taxes and expenses not specifically identified in these Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize cannot be awarded for any reason.

Limit one (1) prize per household.

Random Drawing and Notification:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and will be announced on or about December 23, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m. Central Time.

The potential winner will be contacted via telephone or email using the information provided at the time of entry to verify eligibility and confirm participation. Entrants must have a valid email address and are responsible for notifying the Sponsor of any changes to their contact information.

The potential winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (“Release”) before confirmation. Failure to respond or comply within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters. Entrants are responsible for any internet connectivity, software, or data charges incurred while submitting entries.

By accepting a prize, the winner consents, where lawful, to the use of his or her name, city, and likeness (including photos or videos) by the Sponsor for advertising and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or permission.
The winner is solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes on the prize.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Southern Air Acadiana, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use/misuse of any prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in administration, printing, or announcement of the Sweepstakes or prize. If unforeseen circumstances—such as fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, or governmental order—make continuation of the Sweepstakes impractical, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prize among eligible entries received up to that date.

Governing Law:
All disputes regarding these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lafayette, Louisiana, as the proper venue for any such dispute.
